So of course, any time you live in a culture different from your own, you are going to mess up and make a few mistakes. So Nicole and I each share one of our “accidents.” We also grabbed Danika and Jessica, two other missionaries, to share some of their cultural accidents as well.

A Family Affair

It has been a while since I’ve posted some pictures but here are a few from one of my recent 15 minute sessions. This session included 2 sets of brothers and sisters as well as a grandmother.

15 Minute Photos Are Back!

In the fall, I did a photo fundraiser that was quick, easy, and painless for those who participated (especially those with small kids who have short attention spans). So in time for Mother’s day, I’m bringing it back in a slightly different format this time.

It’s still $15 for 15 minutes but you get to choose whether you get digital copies or prints. If you order prints, they will be back in time for Mother’s Day. So as you update your family photos and get get your mom a gift at the same time, you also help send me to Albania. See the flyer below for more information.

Little Miss McDowell

I was able to photograph the Little Miss McDowell Pageant last weekend, including the girls practicing. There were 12 girls plus the 2010 Little Miss McDowell.

Recent Works

I know it’s been a while since I’ve updated you on my recent works but I have been working on a music video which has now been completed and released! A clogging team from the school I work at helped me out.

I also entered this video into a contest.  The winners should be announced any day now.  It is for a new album being released on March 1 from B. Reith called Knockin’ On My Door.  If you haven’t heard of him you will definitely want to check him out!  www.breith.com

I still have one more video that should be wrapping up in the next week or so.  I have enjoyed doing videos but I definitely have missed taking pictures!
